We've been having a bit of fun over the last few days driving this little tractor, with slasher attached, around some sections of our property.

As we are the first people to ever live at Hat Hill Farm, giving shape to the land is up to us. Our attention has definitely shifted from mainly working on the house to now being focused on the land, and we are spending more time thinking about how we want different areas to work and look.

This weekend we'll work on clearing up some of the fallen trees and logs that came down in the storm last year. Which will help build up our firewood supply for this winter. The autumn weather has been amazing so far and we haven't lit the fire yet, but I'm sure we'll need to soon!

Note: There are more photos of me on the tractor than Keith, but he has done most of the work . . :) !
